Addressing Minor Typos and Errors in the Original Edition of

His-Story Through His-Bloodline

One of the recurring themes in His-Story Through His-Bloodline is how God works through imperfect people and imperfect vessels — whether Cain, Israel, Ephraim, or any of us — bringing correction, refinement, and restoration while preserving the heart of His message.

With that same spirit, I want to speak openly with you, my readers. Since the original edition was released, several of you have graciously pointed out minor typos, grammatical slips, and small wording issues that remained despite my best efforts. I am genuinely thankful for your attentive reading and kind feedback.

Corrections for the Original Edition

These errors appear only in the original edition of the book. I have prepared a detailed list of corrections for those who own or are reading that version:

Chapter 1, Page 2, Fifth member on the Christ-line Chart is misspelled. Should read "Mahalaleel."
Chapter 3, Page 28, Last sentence of 3rd paragraph: “So, he [Herod] issued a decree to kill all the firstborn males two years old or under as an attempt to destroy any chance the prophecy may be true.” – See blog entitled: “Clarifying the Bethlehem Massacre: Did Herod Specifically Target the Firstborn?”
Chapter 4, Page 40, Last line of last paragraph: “Since Adam is the first member in on the Christ-line, the next chapter will start there.” Should read as follows: “Since Adam is the first member on the Christ-line, the next chapter will start there.”
Chapter 5, Page 44, First line of 4th paragraph: “Now add Peter’s address to the Jewish congregation in the book of Acts, which provides a fuller meaning of this word begotten that we are considering.” Should read as follows: “Now add Paul’s address to the Jewish congregation in the book of Acts, which provides a fuller meaning of this word begotten that we are considering.”
Chapter 5, Page 44, First line of 6th paragraph: “Both the Hebrew writer and Peter are quoting Psalm 2:6-7…” Should read as follows: “Both the Hebrew writer and Paul are quoting Psalm 2:6-7…”

These are all minor surface-level issues (typos, grammar, and occasional phrasing) and do not change the core thesis, biblical arguments, or overall message of the book.

Please note: The newer, simplified version the book that will soon be released is written with a different style and goal. It is not a corrected edition of the original. Therefore, the corrections listed above apply only to the original edition.

My Heart Behind This Update

I believe in stewarding the message well. Just as the book explores how God preserves and eventually restores the elder son line (despite failure and scattering), I want to handle these slight imperfections in the original edition with honesty and care. These small fixes help remove distractions so readers can focus on the powerful themes of covenant, firstborn status, and the Father’s relentless pursuit of both sons.

The Message Remains the Same

Whether you are reading the original edition (now with these corrections in mind) or the newer simplified version entitled, HIS-Story Through HIS-Bloodline: The Adam Family Tree - From Garden to Glory that is soon to be released, the central heartbeat of the His-Story Through His-Bloodline series is unchanged: God has not abandoned His firstborn. He disciplines, preserves, reclaims (as with Ephraim in Jeremiah 31:9), and restores.
